Job Title: HVAC Service Delivery Leader

Job Summary

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of exceptional HVAC services across a 4,400-acre facility. This role requires a seasoned leader with expertise in project planning, team management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of HVAC services.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a high-performing team, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and communication channels are established.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress against key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, overseeing safety protocols and coaching team members to prioritize risk mitigation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between teams and stakeholders, facilitating open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, innovation, and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of seven years' experience in HVAC service delivery, including at least three years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or construction management.
  • A valid US or Australian citizenship, as well as the ability to obtain required security clearances (US TS/SCI or Australian PV).
