Experienced HVAC Leader

HVAC professionals with advanced expertise in complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are required to oversee high-level projects. These individuals must ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to project planning by providing input to the project team to identify key success factors and establish common work breakdown structures.
  • Provide leadership by creating organizational structures and processes necessary to effectively execute HVAC services.
  • Evaluate and advise on the progress of HVAC service execution, advising the project team on the status, issues, potential impacts, risks, and cost influencing factors of ongoing scope.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by monitoring safety practices and coaching staff on best practices.
  • Oversee crew organization and compliance, including sizing, crew mix ratios, and adherence to wage regulations.
  • Manage costs and budgets, reviewing and monitoring the cost and man-hour budget for the HVAC installation process.
  • Develop resource plans, including staffing, facilities, equipment, and tools required to meet project needs.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure all installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards.
  • Foster effective communication within the team and with other stakeholders.
  • Enhance crew performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
Requirements:
  • Must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Must have a US TS/SCI Clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance.
  • Must have at least five years of experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Must hold a Master HVAC License, or equivalent in Australia.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
  • The ability to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
  • Effective decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and efficiently under pressure.
