As a skilled HVAC Service Manager, you will oversee the execution of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive service plans to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Lead a team of experienced HVAC technicians to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize resource allocation.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to achieve financial targets while maintaining high-quality service levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in HVAC service management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience, with expertise in team leadership and development.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Refrigeration Recovery certification is desirable but not essential.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
