**HVAC Specialist Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an HVAC Specialist. This role will involve designing and optimizing defense systems that ensure national security and shape the future of space defense.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to meet or exceed set standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs with attention to detail and precision.
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure all installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards.
  • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A US or Australian citizen with a valid TS/SCI Clearance w/ Poly (or Australian PV clearance).
  • A minimum of five years of HVAC technician experience with a Journeyman HVAC License (or Australian equivalent).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with ability to adapt to changing conditions and technologies.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
  • Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
