Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
  • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A US or Australian citizenship
  • A US TS/SCI Clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance
  • A minimum of five years of HVAC technician experience
  • A Journeyman HVAC License, or Australian equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements
  • Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure
