About the Role
  • Support Project Planning: Provide input to the project team to identify key success factors, appropriate timing for design and procurement deliverables, and help establish common work breakdown structures.
  • Exercise Leadership: Lead the creation of organizational structures and processes necessary to effectively execute HVAC services, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Sustain HVAC Service Delivery: Oversee the execution of HVAC services, ensuring they meet contract requirements, design specifications, schedules, cost budgets, and quality standards.

Your Background
  • A minimum of seven years of HVAC technician experience.
  • A minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
  • A Journeyman or Master HVAC License, or equivalent qualification.
