Key Responsibilities
  • Convert inquiries into contracted business, providing prompt and efficient service while maintaining our brand standards.
  • Respond to sales inquiries, developing future sales leads and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a highly professional telephone manner.
  • Outstanding administration and organizational skills, with intermediate computer proficiency.
  • A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple reservations simultaneously.
  • A tertiary qualification or collegiate-level degree, with previous experience in a Reservations environment preferred.
