- Be the local expert Share your favorite spots for dining, entertainment, and attractions, tailored to what guests will love most.
- Book and confirm reservations for restaurants, tours, transport, or any fun activity guests want to enjoy during their stay.
- Handle questions, requests, or concerns with ease, always offering helpful solutions to keep guests happy.
- Stay in the know about all the hotel's amenities, promotions, and events so you can pass on the latest and greatest info to guests.
- Jump in to assist the guest service agents or porters whenever needed to keep things running smoothly.
