Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Guest Experience is a key leadership role that ensures guests receive a high-quality experience in our stores every day.

Core Responsibilities
  • Create an inclusive and respectful team environment that welcomes and celebrates differences.
  • Lead from the floor to assess and fulfill business needs, engage with team members, and implement the Store Manager's People vision.
  • Manage the hiring process, provide training and coaching, and lead performance management activities.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience on the floor, address feedback and issues, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Manage sell-through, inventory levels, and product deliveries in line with visual merchandising strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1 year people management experience and 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration.
  • Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
