The Assistant Manager, Guest Experience is a key leadership role that ensures guests receive a high-quality experience in our stores every day.
Core Responsibilities- Create an inclusive and respectful team environment that welcomes and celebrates differences.
- Lead from the floor to assess and fulfill business needs, engage with team members, and implement the Store Manager's People vision.
- Manage the hiring process, provide training and coaching, and lead performance management activities.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience on the floor, address feedback and issues, and monitor performance metrics.
- Manage sell-through, inventory levels, and product deliveries in line with visual merchandising strategy.
- 1 year people management experience and 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration.
- Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
