Overview

The Servicing Excellence Team Lead provides strategic leadership to the team, overseeing business support, infringement appeals, and service efficiency initiatives. This role drives project delivery, system and process improvements, and manages the department's annual continuous improvement program, including legislative reviews.

  • Lead the team with strong strategic vision and people management skills
  • Drive project delivery, innovation, and smart ways of working in a regulatory space, system and process improvements, and manage the department's annual continuous improvement program
