Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Sales & Partnerships team. As a key player, you will drive growth, build relationships, and make a real impact in your region. Your primary responsibility will be to own your territory, creating and growing partnerships with key players and referral sources. You will motivate, train, and inspire partners to deliver strong growth results, all while strengthening our presence in the market.

Key Requirements
  • 5 years experience working within a channel sales role.
  • A proven capability to manage a defined territory of key accounts to meet targets.
  • Proven ability to identify, contact, and partner with target referral markets.
  • Experience with selling and supporting the finance broker market (would be advantageous).
  • Experience in managing and growing channel partnerships (exceptional training and engagement capability).
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with an engaging personality.
  • Able to be recognised as a valued business supporter and partner.
  • Strong business acumen and a keen understanding of the key motivators for business owners within the SME marketplace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
