About the Opportunity:
- This role presents a unique chance to join Coopers Brewery as a State Manager and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and execute national and state plans and strategies for the WA market.
- Support business objectives in new product development and operational changes.
- Manage all trade-related spend, including Area Manager compliance with pricing strategy and monthly wholesaler claims.
- Build and manage mutually beneficial key trade relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities for Coopers' portfolio and its partner brands in the on-premise market.
- Recruit and retain a state sales team that embodies Coopers' Guiding Principles.
- Achieve and maintain a high-performing team through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
About You:
- A results-driven sales professional with a strong background in business development and strategic partnerships.
- Experience working in the FMCG industry, preferably in the liquor sector, with a deep understanding of the WA Market.
