About Your New JobAs a Claims Officer/Credit Claims/Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for managing all incoming claims and queries, assessing and logging claims, and investigating customer disputes.
You will work closely with the Credit and Customer Service teams, taking responsibility for credit claims and providing updates on the progress of claims.
The role involves general administrative tasks, such as raising claims to relevant accounts and making adjustments, as well as proficiency with Excel and exposure to ERP systems.
What We're Looking For- Previous experience in claims administration, accounts receivable, or credit control
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with Excel and exposure to ERP systems
