About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Credit and Claims Officer to join our team at West Recruitment Pty Ltd. As a key member of our accounting and finance team, you will be responsible for managing credit claims and debtors ledger, working closely with our Customer Service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate payments and perform bank and debtor reconciliations
  • Assist with the opening of new accounts and manage incoming claims and queries
  • Investigate claims and reconcile customer accounts
  • Raise claims to relevant accounts and make adjustments
  • Perform general administrative tasks
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in credit control/accounts receivable with claims experience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with strong customer service skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Excel and exposure to ERP systems
