About the Role:
West Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Credit / Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing a ledger of accounts, performing bank reconciliations, and handling customer inquiries and credit claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a ledger of accounts and perform daily allocation of payments
- Handle customer inquiries and process credit claims
- Follow up on outstanding/overdue invoices
- Open new accounts and focus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Assist and work closely with customer service and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a background in Credit / Accounts Receivable and a passion for building relationships. You will have previous experience in credit control/accounts receivable, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and intermediate Excel skills.
