About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Officer/Credit Claims/Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at West Recruitment Pty Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming claims and queries, assessing and logging them for further action
  • Investigate claims and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle customer disputes and provide updates on the progress of claims
  • Raise claims to relevant accounts and make adjustments as necessary
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the Credit and Customer Service teams
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in claims administration, accounts receivable, or credit control
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Excel and exposure to ERP systems
