Project Manager Opportunity

Job Description:

As a seasoned project manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing building construction/upgrade projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing project management plans, assessing delivery options, and ensuring compliance with project briefs and statutory requirements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating risk management, procurement strategies, value engineering, and lifecycle considerations. You will also engage and manage consultants and contractors, oversee commissioning, handover, and the defect liability period, and maintain clear project documentation and performance tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have proven experience in client-side project management for building construction/upgrade projects, strong knowledge of contract administration, and qualifications in building construction or a related discipline. They will also possess sound understanding of contract law, industry standards, and stakeholder responsibilities, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
