Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial and residential new build projects from initiation to completion.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements. They will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

A key aspect of this role is coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
