We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage building construction/upgrade projects from planning to completion.

  • The successful candidate will have proven experience in client-side project management for building construction/upgrade projects, strong knowledge of contract administration, including the role of Principal's Representative and Contract Superintendent.
  • They will also possess qualifications in building construction or a related discipline, as well as a sound understanding of contract law, industry standards, and stakeholder responsibilities.
  • Able to lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage competing priorities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing project reports and stakeholder updates.
  • Familiarity with project profitability, fee proposals, and maintaining auditable records is also essential.
