About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Account Executive to join our team at Hibob. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales activities and establishing strong business relationships across the Australia & New Zealand region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to attract and sign new customers to drive Hibob's growth
  • Manage the entire sales cycle with an emphasis on closing
  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities across the ANZ region
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations
  • Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
  • Target key decision-makers determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences
  • Network with Market influencers, Consultants, and Partners

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in SaaS sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience. You must be a hunter and a closer, with a proven track record of accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets. Additionally, you should have experience working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up environment and be able to work remotely and autonomously.
