Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance team, ensuring the safety and reliability of our products.

This is a key role within our Senior Leadership team, responsible for establishing robust quality systems and collaborating with our Supply Chain General Manager and manufacturing teams.

  • Develop and implement quality plans, systems, and procedures in alignment with corporate, regulatory, and customer standards.
  • Collaborate with the GM of Supply Chain and manufacturing to implement best-practice quality approaches throughout the organization.
  • Partner with the buying team to ensure products meet established quality standards.
  • Lead reviews of internal and external processes to drive continuous improvement.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in Quality & Supply Chain, preferably with 5+ years of experience in a similar position. Industry-specific experience is preferred, and knowledge of the furniture and homewares industry would be an advantage.

  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering impactful presentations at the Board level.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean Sigma methodologies.
  • End-to-end understanding of operations within a business.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
