Job Title: Process Quality Director
About the Position:
The role of a key member of the quality team involves supporting the quality and production departments by managing document control, customer complaints, product validation, and supplier relationships. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), including accreditation activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Execute the Corrective Action and Preventive Action process to improve product performance and reliability
- Complete root cause analysis to identify and address any issues
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Experience in quality management systems, document control, and supplier relationship management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
