Senior Process Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead process transformation initiatives across Enterprise Business units.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that drive business value.
  • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Transformation Expertise: Proven track record in leading complex transformation programs, focusing on process redesign and customer experience improvement.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and coaching skills, inspiring and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, automation tools (RPA), and data analytics software.
