Job Summary

Danfoss is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in assigned areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of acquiring new business and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales growth in assigned areas through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales opportunities and customer engagement.
  • Research and scope technical solutions to meet customer needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value and satisfaction.
  • Identify and target new customers, and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other business development activities.
  • Cultivate effective long-term relationships with customers through regular and meaningful contact.

Requirements

  • Proven technical sales experience in acquiring new business and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong grasp of English in both verbal and written form.
  • Customer service oriented and team player.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
