About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Remondis Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the South East region of Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Work closely with our Victorian State Sales Manager to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage prospect and lead information and track sales performance
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in high-volume B2B sales, preferably in the waste industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
