Job Responsibilities

As a key member of the Danfoss team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned areas. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing sales plans, building a comprehensive customer database, and increasing sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales growth in assigned areas through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Danfoss products to existing customers and pursue new sales opportunities with potential customers.
  • Research and scope technical solutions to meet customer needs and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Identify and target new customers and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Participate in tender documentation and submissions.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations to customers and industry groups.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and adapt solutions to ensure necessary support and commitment.
  • Cultivate effective long-term relationships with customers through regular contact and conflict resolution.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Knowledge and experience of VSDs and their applications.
  • Experience in the Water and Heavy Industry.
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or extensive electrical background.
  • Proven technical sales experience in acquiring new business and maintaining relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and strong English language skills.
  • Customer service oriented and good interpersonal skills.
  • Current driver's license and experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
