About the Role:The primary objective of this role is to drive sales and revenue growth in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) business.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including resort management, IHG National and Global Sales Teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans, negotiate group rates, and pitch unique food and beverage offerings.
Your key responsibilities will include creating compelling sales proposals, building lasting relationships with decision-makers, travel planners, and key stakeholders.
