Business Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our MICE business. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our sales initiatives, working with our proactive resort team based in Sydney, IHG National and Global Sales Teams.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for creating compelling sales proposals, negotiating group rates, pitching unique food and beverage offerings alongside an array of activities on the Great Barrier Reef – all aligned with the hotel's broader sales strategies. You'll drive sales while building and maintaining lasting relationships with decision-makers, travel planners, and key stakeholders.

About the Role
