Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Aged Care Nurse to join our dynamic team. As an Aged Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve outstanding outcomes.

The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, formulate, and review resident care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide best-practice dementia support and care in a person-centred approach
  • Implement evidence-based recommendations and behaviour support strategies to enhance resident wellbeing
  • Monitor, record, and communicate residents' conditions and needs accurately to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Administer medications safely and effectively
  • Provide wound care and support residents' physical, emotional, cultural, and social wellbeing
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current AHPRA registration (Div 2)
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
