As a key member of our Sales team, you will provide high-level administrative support to drive success towards achieving Sales goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry
  • Coordinating proposals and contracts
  • SUPPORTING WITH PREPARATION FOR MEETINGS INCLUDING TAKING AND DISTRIBUTING MEETING MINUTES
  • COLLATING INFORMATION AND PREPARING FOR PRESENTATIONS
  • PREPARING MARKETING BRIEFS FOR SALES COLLATERAL, TRADESHOWS, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in administration
  • Experience in reporting
  • Strong time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability based on business requirements
