We are seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Manager to join our Pricing & Practice Economics Team (PPE) at Allens Operations Pty Ltd.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing pricing strategies that support the firm's commercial and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of pricing infrastructure for the firm, including the creation of pricing tools and financial models.
  • Support bid teams with pricing and negotiation strategy for panels and tenders, ensuring alignment with client needs and firm objectives.
  • Review commercial terms and manage client pricing arrangements, liaising with clients' procurement and legal operations teams as needed.
  • Assist partners and lawyers in responding to requests for estimates or proposals, including designing and implementing alternative fee arrangements.
  • Use pricing analytics and financial modeling expertise to assess profitability and inform pricing decisions, collaborating with partners and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • A background in law firm pricing or a related field, with experience in bid and tender processes, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and other business tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing others or a team, with a genuine desire to learn, grow, and develop others.
  • A certification in change management or project management is highly valued.
