As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer implementation process, ensuring that all necessary tools, policies, and procedures are in place to support our clients' needs. You will work closely with new clients to understand their requirements, implement system setup, testing, and transfer, and facilitate a smooth transition.


This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for efficiently managing client issues, monitoring system performance, and contributing to team engagement through collaborative efforts.


To succeed in this role, you will bring:



  • Experience in client implementation, preferably in a transaction banking or commercial banking environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering creative customer solutions through strong problem-solving skills.
  • A good level of business acumen and commercial awareness.

Key Requirements



  • Maintain all new and existing business relationships for complex, high-value clients locally and in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Efficiently manage the resolution of client issues through effective problem solving and timely communication.
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring customers are notified of delivery delays and system-related issues.
  • Contribute to team engagement through collaborative efforts.
