Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Implementations Manager to join our team at Citi. As a key member of our Institutional Client Onboarding team, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation review, account maintenance, and related cash products.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the client onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of account opening functions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolution of customer issues.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, business partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in client onboarding.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in client onboarding, account maintenance, and related cash products.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or economics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken).
