About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Pre-Works Coordinator to join our team at Service Stream. As a key member of our Network Intelligence & Operations Centre (NIOC), you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, scheduling, and preparation of works for our road maintenance and construction projects.
Key responsibilities will include preparing and optimizing daily, weekly, and fortnightly works schedules, creating work packs, assigning labour and resources, and dispatching work packs to internal crews and delivery partners. You will also be responsible for identifying jobs requiring additional input or scoping onsite and liaising with inspectors and delivery crews to gather missing information.
With a strong background in road maintenance or civil works, you will have a deep understanding of work methodologies, safety protocols, and asset management principles. You will be an exceptional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build productive relationships with colleagues and delivery partners.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of three years' experience in a road maintenance or civil works environment. You will have a strong understanding of work management information systems, GIS-based systems, planning and scheduling tools, and Office 365 applications.
