Customer Relationship Coordinator

About the Role:
The Customer Relationship Coordinator - Pre-site will play a crucial part in managing the client experience from sales acceptance to Site Start. This role will align with our client's high service standards within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating pre-site activities for client files
- Completing necessary Permit and Council applications
- Engaging professionally with clients in all forms of communication
- Ensuring compliance with all conditions in the Building Contract
- Accurately recording and maintaining client discussions and relevant information
- Conducting follow-up calls when needed
- Tracking Developer Approvals to meet project timelines
About You:
- At least 1 year of experience in the Residential Construction Industry
- Familiarity with permits is a must
- Experience with ClickHome is advantageous
- Strong time management skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- A talent for building rapport with clients
- Confidence in juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
- A commitment to upholding our client's values and behaviors
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
