Works Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Works Coordinator to join our Faults Dispatch team network, working on a shift rotation roster. This role is responsible for the daily assignment of field resources to unplanned works on our network, including optimisation, control, dispatch, and delivery of work orders for execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritise, co-ordinate and ensure works are dispatched in a timely fashion to resolve day jeopardies and re-scheduling as required.
- Manage fault activities during normal, emergency, and escalated events to minimise unplanned customer minutes off supply.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of all information within the work program by updating relevant business information systems.
- Utilise all sources of information to achieve informed prioritisation of works.
- Co-ordinate information between customers, contact centre, field crews, internal stakeholders, and external authorities.
Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma qualification in ESI Power Systems or a relevant technical trade discipline with field experience.
- Extensive experience in the coordination, dispatch, and control of work and/or resources within the utilities sector.
