Maintenance Technical Support Engineer

Our team is looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with our systems, as well as providing technical support to our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our systems
  • Provide technical support to our clients
  • Analyze system logs and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to technical issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Computers, Software or Telecommunication Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of railway signalling systems, software and hardware
  • Experience with railway operations such as ERTMS/ETCS, CBTC, Interlocking, ATP Systems
  • Knowledge on Australian Railway Safety standards
  • Competent to interact with signalling sub-systems across the project team for technical convergence
