About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Facilities Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic Asset Management team in Canberra. Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and managing all operational and maintenance activities of the property
  • Engaging in hands-on tasks beyond trade-specific duties
  • Monitoring the proper functioning of various systems, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and fire safety systems
  • Collaborating with tenants and service providers
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal processes
  • Enhancing property management and performance
  • Maintaining documentation and reporting in accordance with client and organizational standards
