About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, conducting inspections, communicating with owners and tenants, and overseeing rental arrears and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including conducting inspections and communicating with owners and tenants
  • Oversee rental arrears and repairs, including negotiating lease renewals
  • Provide excellent customer service to owners and tenants
  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our property management department
Requirements
  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Reliable car and valid driver's license
  • Previous property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of the local ACT area
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
