We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely manner.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
- Oversee the management of repairs, maintenance, and arrears, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to resolve any issues.
- Conduct rent reviews, tribunal, and ingoing/outgoing inspections to ensure that all properties are being managed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the property portfolio and increase revenue.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in property management, with a strong understanding of property management software and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- High level of customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
- Reliable car, Certificate of Registration, and ACT drivers license.
