About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Facilities Manager to become an integral part of our expanding team and contribute to a vibrant workplace culture. Within the dynamic Asset Management division, this position will enable you to leverage your existing expertise and further advance your career with a respected organization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Overseeing and managing all operational and maintenance activities of the property
  2. Engaging in hands-on tasks related to non-trade specific duties
  3. Monitoring and ensuring the proper functioning of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, fire safety, and other systems and equipment, including electrical switchgear, chiller plants, air conditioning, and lighting systems
  4. Communicating effectively with tenants and service providers
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organizational protocols
  6. Enhancing the management and performance metrics of the property
  7. Maintaining accurate reporting and documentation in accordance with client and organizational standards
