About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Facilities Manager to join our expanding team and contribute to a dynamic workplace. Within the vibrant Asset Management division, this position will enable you to demonstrate your expertise and further advance your career with a reputable organization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Overseeing and managing all operational and maintenance activities of the property
  2. Engaging in hands-on tasks related to non-trade specific functions
  3. Monitoring and ensuring the proper functioning of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, fire safety, and other systems and equipment, including electrical switchgear, chiller plants, air conditioning, and lighting systems
  4. Communicating effectively with tenants and service providers
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational protocols
  6. Enhancing the management and performance of the property
  7. Preparing reports and documentation in accordance with client and organizational standards
