About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a well-established property portfolio, providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient communication with owners and tenants.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, identifying and addressing any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize rental arrears and maximize rental income.
  • Collaborate with our leasing and administration teams to ensure seamless property management services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
