Property Manager

Goughrecruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team as a Portfolio Specialist. As a key member of our Property Management department, you will be responsible for managing a well-established property portfolio, providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Manage a tidy, locally-based property portfolio, ensuring timely and efficient handling of all operational matters.
- Inspections and Communication: Conduct regular inspections, communicate effectively with owners and tenants, and meet onsite as required to address any issues.
- Rental Arrears and Repairs: Oversee rental arrears, manage repairs and maintenance, and negotiate lease renewals to ensure a smooth and profitable property management experience.
- Administration and Database Management: Provide general administration support, including database management, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous Property Management Experience: A proven track record in property management, with a strong understanding of the local market and regulatory requirements.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- High-Level Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Initiative and Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Immaculate Personal Presentation: A professional and polished appearance, with a strong attention to detail.
