Transformation Leader: APAC Region

We are seeking an exceptional Transformation Leader to drive sales success and growth in the APAC region. This customer-facing role will oversee the Solution Advisory team, transforming strategy from on-premise to SaaS sales.

Key responsibilities include managing teams across Sydney and Tokyo, developing regional strategies, engaging with customers to demonstrate value, and coaching storytelling and problem-solving approaches.

Position Overview

This high-profile leadership position is responsible for driving sales success, supporting quarterly and annual achievements, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with key leaders to achieve significant quota and ARR attainment, overseeing budget management, process control, and resource planning.

Transform the team by shifting from selling on-premise software to SaaS solutions, providing innovative demos and effective communication of value propositions.

Leadership and Team Management:
  • Oversee team growth and evolution in APAC.
  • Manage Solution Advisory Managers and Directors across regional teams.
  • Engage in recruitment, hiring top talent, and provide coaching and management.
  • Ensure high performance and professional development.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement solution consulting strategy for the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and sales leadership to create new markets and drive methodology.
  • Actively participate in organisational design and operational improvements.
Problem Solving and Storytelling:
  • Utilise strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges.
  • Leverage storytelling abilities to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Change demo approach from feature functions to storytelling and problem-solving.
Qualifications

Extensive experience in enterprise presales, preferably within the insurance industry or a large consulting organisation.

Proven track record of strategic team building and leadership, executive presence, and ability to engage with senior business stakeholders.

Passion for deal activity, deep knowledge of the insurance domain, and unique challenges and opportunities within the APAC region.
