Regional Sales Director

The role of Regional Sales Director requires a seasoned sales professional to lead and manage a regional sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, building and leading high-performing sales teams, and developing comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Take ownership of the regional sales pipeline and actively pursue opportunities to build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing regional sales team, providing training and mentoring, and setting clear performance expectations.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the cybersecurity industry or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of Enterprise Software / SaaS direct sales experience with 5+ years of team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, including industry trends, solutions, and competitive landscape.
