About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to drive business growth and success in the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating third-party distributors, developing new business opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate third-party distributors in the assigned region
  • Develop new business and drive growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure distributors perform at optimal levels
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of success in the spirits industry
  • Excellent marketing and selling skills
  • Academic qualification in Business/Marketing
