Café Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Café Manager. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the café on a daily basis, ensuring seamless operations and maximum efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a full team of staff members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the café, drive sales, and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and control stock levels, manage costs, and optimize inventory to ensure profitability.
- Roster and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
- A strong passion for great food and coffee, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including POS system management and financial reporting.
