Café Team Lead
Are you a skilled leader with experience in fast-paced environments? We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as a Café Team Lead.
As a key member of our front-of-house team, your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily café operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills and building strong relationships with regulars.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and mentorship to café staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Managing stock levels, deliveries, POS and daily cash handling with attention to detail
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards
- Collaborating with the culinary team to deliver innovative menus
- Leading from the front, providing energy, organization and creativity to every aspect of the role
To succeed in this role, you will require:
A proven track record of success as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and a natural ability to inspire others
A hands-on attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional results
Understanding of HACCP and food safety protocols
