**Hospitality Leader Role**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Café Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing the café business, operating with a hands-on approach, and managing function and board room catering requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the café business, operate autonomously within business frameworks
  • Operate with a hands-on approach at all times
  • Manage function and board room catering requirements
  • Manage stock ordering and control
  • Manage profit and loss for the Café
  • Promote and market the Café via social media and other avenues
  • Assist in other areas of the business as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong barista knowledge and experience as a barista in a high-paced café environment
  • Customer-centric skills, including recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Current RSA certificate holder
  • Food safety certificate
  • Function catering experience desirable
  • POS system knowledge and cash-handling skills
  • Current driving license
  • Flexibility to work weekend shifts and across multiple venues
